 Description

You are not able to place buttons on blocks occupied by mobs or players. I expected to be able to place them.
Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Get a button.
2 - Stay on top of a block.
3 - Aim to the block below you.
4 - Try to place the button.
5 - Ready. You will not be able to place the button.

It's the same bug with carpets

I think this is still around.

Okay, possibly this is because the buttons now have a collision box. So maybe this works as intended. Adding 1.0 as affected version anyway...

@rplatham Yes I can put it when jumping. This also affects 0.15.4 but do not know if it affects older versions.

Try jumping and placing the button while you're in the air. Also, could you place buttons this way before 0.15.6? Perhaps this is a consequence of the fix so the player cannot clip through buttons.

Can confirm for 0.15.6. (Tested on Windows 10.)
