 Description

On July 14th, I updated my tablet via the Amazon.ca website and after, my minecraft is not working period. I called Amazon and spent an hour trouble shooting, and still not working. Amazon says they have lots of complaints about this recent update. we sent emails to minecraft and their customer service people don't do their job, we got the run around.
i keep getting this error message
Unfortunately, Minecraft - Pocket Edition has stopped
ok
and have uninstalled and reloaded Minecraft from Amazon.ca 6 times
it still doesnt work
How can we roll back this BAD update and get our old minecraft working again

rplatham, You were right, sorry for all the bad language, I deleted the MCPE ver. 0.12.2.1 from Amazon.ca and installed 0.15.2.2 from Google Playstore and my kids Minecraft PE is working again. Now I have to tell Amazon, the problem is in their ballpark

Hi Mikalo, Why are you updating the game from amazon.ca? If the tablet having this problem is indeed a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, MCPE should be installed through the Google Play Store. That is the default native store for your device. I recommend getting the amazon refund and installing from the Google Play Store.

My kids want their minecraft back, we are not updating any of our other devices until our Tablet is working again, Amazon wants to give us our money back, we don't want it back, we want a working minecraft
