Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920W8), Android 6.0.1

Charged creeper ignited by flint and steel left the same sized hole in the ground as a regular creeper exploded the same way.

Tested by putting each creepers in a 2 block deep hole in a creative flat, igniting and comparing the explosion hole size.

Confirmed, creepers should make less damage comparing to that screenshot, also in the Wiki there is a photo about how is a Creeper explosion and how is a charged Creeper explosion:
