 Description   

Whenever you place a redstone repeater next ro a powered one at a perpendicular angle, the second redstone torch (the one that moves) looked like part of bedrock

Also, this happens when you place the same redstone repeaters, but power the first one.

PLEASE SEE THE SCREENSHOTS AND PATCH ASAP. I have NO IDEA why this happens.

The bedrock bar indicates that the repeater's output is "locked".
