When creating a Jeb Door with redstone on the top, the pistons on the top are the only ones powered. However, in console and PC Jeb Doors with red stone running along the top work with both parts, top and bottom powered. To recreate search "Jeb Door" and follow the steps. |

Quasi connectivity isn't in mcpe. However, the devs plan to expand redstone capabilities |

This is WAI sadly. Quasi conectivity is not in MCPE and most likely will not be added MCPE. |
