I have discovered that the bug WAS indeed fixed in 0.16.0, and what I thought to be proof that the bug was still occurring was actually a previously-undiscovered bug, |

Kaleb this is a bug as it powers blocks around the dust but not the rails. |

I placed the dust to face the rail but it put connections facing the repeater by itself and will not change |

This issue Works as Intended. If you have a feature request, head over to the Minecraft: Pocket Edition Forums. Redstone dust must be facing towards the object the power it, as there is no quasi-connectivity in MCPE. |
