 Description

When you break an ice or packed ice block, it also breaks the block it's placed on.

This happens in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition only.

Steps to reproduce

  • Make sure you are in creative only.
  • Place down ice or packed ice block.
  • Break the block.
  • Notice that there is now water and the block under it was also removed.

Cannot reproduce in 0.17.0.2. However, this may only be because I tested on Pocket Edition. (Can't test on Win10 until the official 1.0 release.) Also, confirmed to affect 0.16.2 on Win10 Edition.

This happens in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition. 0.15.1. Make sure you are in creative. Place down ice block then break it. Water will appear but the block below it will also be removed.

Mega_Spud Strange it was happening earlier. I cannot duplicate the issue now.
I basically

  • placed the ice block on grass.
  • broke the ice block.
and noticed the block beneath it was removed after breaking the ice.

I cannot reproduce this in survival or creative.

  • What are you using to break the ice?
  • What is the "ground" made of? (ie what block is getting broken along with the ice?)
  • Can you add a screenshot or video?
