Daylight sensors are broken. They work as expected at night, but during the day, they always provide a redstone signal, regardless of detection setting. |

This issue Works as Intended. If you have a feature request, head over to the Minecraft: Pocket Edition Forums. Inverted daylight sensors will output a redstone signal for most of the day, except for a small portion, as seen in the screenshot. This is the climax of the sun's 'rotation'. |
