 Description

As you can see in the screenshots, The Redstone does not align correctly when it is cut by farmland block or grass path. I expected the Redstone aligns itself as it aligns when cut by slabs, glasses, stairs and Glowstone.

Steps to reproduce:
1- Place a block
2- Place a redstone on top of the block and the other side of the block.
3- Place a grass block on top of the Redstone cutting the circuit.
4- Use a shovel or hoe to turn the grass on grass path or farmland respectively.
5- Done! The Redstone should connect but it does not.
