 Description

When you place down a note block, it will start on a random note. It is supposed to start on the lowest note, f#3 (or f#1 for the bass). It happens on all instruments/base blocks types.
How to replicate. Place down several noteblocks and power them. They will probably be different notes. Tap on them. If it goes back to the lowest note in less than 16 clicks the bug has occurred.
