 Description

First Result When flying in the air the players arms and legs movement animation is too slow, even when sprinting. It's as if they're walking on soul sand.
Second Result Now fly up, fall down a little, then fly forward. Observe that the player's arms and legs move faster.

The player is suppose to move fast in both situations because the player can also sprint and has no limitations when flying in the air.

Fixed in 1.2.1.

It actually isn’t, if it were a feature it wouldn’t change depending on if you’re slowly moving after going up or down

Comment by L. G. S. B. [ 21/Sep/17 ]

this isn't a bug, it's a feature.

((This still affects 1.2 final release))

This is a very old bug. This bug is even more obvious now in player preview (paper doll) when flying.
