 Description

The guest gets kicked in multiplayer local wifi in either survival or creative mode. I joined my sons game without any problems, but we could not see each other. We always see a "server disconnected error"

I have iOS 6.1, so it is not related to a single version of iOS.

Hi. I play multiplayer wifi lots. I have an iPad 1 and ipad 2 both on IOS5. If I start a game on the iPad 1, join by wifi from the iPad 2, all OK. Then if I just move the character on the iPad 1, I get server disconnect on iPad 2. I have not tried it the other way around yet, but I see comments about this problem on the App Store Minecraft entry, so I guess it's common. My two players are not close together. Prior to installing the update, I 'killed' the app on the bottom toolbar, so I don't think restarting the app will help.
Thanks.

Related to MCPE-1216, try closing Minecraft from the multitasking bar

Yes this happened on my iPad 1 my iPhone 4 my iPod touch (4) and my friends iPad mini. It's all over iOS and renders multiplayer almost useless.
