Mob's and animals didn't move on soul sand with nether warts on it. Step to reproduce
For example ocelots should run away from the player once spawned but they're stuck on the soul sand with nether wart. Tested in Creative and Survival EDIT MCPE 1.2.15

I have experienced this with 1.2.13.54. While in the nether zombie pigmen and wither skeletons were not moving while in the garden in the fortress. |

Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920W8), Android 5.1.1, MCPE 0.14.0 build 4. Ocelots behave strangely, jumping around and returning to the soul sand, but eventually escape it and run away. You can't even entice the passive mobs to move (i.e. holding seeds to attract a chicken towards you). |
