 Description

In creative, if you are to fly up above the clouds, you may exit the restraints of the map. While out of the map, if you deactivate flight mode, you can walk on the clouds(only possible when out of the map though).

You can still do that but out side of the map completely

You're not actually standing on the clouds. The game engine automatically fills nonexistent chunks with invisible bedrock, so you are standing on invisible filler chunks. Normally, this keeps you from walking off the edge of the world, but in Creative mode, there are no protections to keep you from flying over or under them.

I found this this morning, If you fly up above the clouds, you can leave the world area, then if you stop flying you can stand on the cloud layer, but ONLY outside the world area. (I'm running the 0.60 on Android, so it would appear to be on both platforms)

Tested it. You can't walk on the clouds, but you can fly over them. If you stop flying, you just fall through them.

That's actually kind of cool. Flying out of the world has always been possible.
