In this case it is WAI.

In survival you can empty a cauldron if it's completely full, using an empty bucket, whether coloured or not.

Try that on survival mode.

My dyed water does not transfer to the bucket at all - colored or not.

He is expecting the water to remain dyed if he removes it from a cauldron with a bucket and replaces it again.

MissMarzenia, to produce the bug, just take the colored water from cauldron using bucket, and put it back to the cauldron. The water is now non colored.

I can not reproduce and I do not understand the procedure you are following here.

It's probably a feature to allow the cauldron to be reset to plain water. Let's see what the devs say.

Mega_Spud, but when put the water back it will turn into regular water, i think they should make the colored water can not be taken away.

I would think this is working as intended.
