This ticket has been resolved as 'Cannot Reproduce' as it has not been updated recently (1 year+)

Cleaning up old issues, please reply if affecting 0.14.3 or later.

I have seen invisible items in my inventory by going to the anvil. In the anvil GUI everything is shown and you can get that invisible item or stack of items out from being hidden by moving it to the first input square of the anvil and then exiting the anvil. Your items will be dropped to the ground.

This is still an issue once the inventory has been empty the last 10 slots of my inventory are unable to receive items, from containers or from drops making my survival inventory quite small

Have since discovered that it is a problem with certain inventory slots unable to have items in them, dropping an item from another inventory slot will result in items on floor going into inventory slot, pressing on the empty inventory slots that cannot have items in them will leave an empty space on hotbar
