 Description

I got an Amazon Fire game controller for Christmas and tried to use it to play Minecraft on my fire TV. The controller however would not work. The left joystick was inoperable and my player would not turn, the right joystick allowed forward/backward/sideways movement but the left did not work.
I called Amazon, apparently it's an issue they have so I called them and they sent me a new one.
This one worked on my fire TV mcpe.

I tried the same on MCPE on my kindle Fire HD 3rd generation. It didn't work. Same issue. Left joystick not working. I realized it was an old version. So I updated to the newest version which my kindle says is 0.13.1 under settings.

After the update the Amazon Fire controller still does not work with the Amazon Kindle fire HD(3rd gen) when trying to play Minecraft pocket edition (MCPE) version 0.13.1

Controller support must have bugs!!

Is there a fix to get my controller to work!?
