 Description

Tamed wolf attack me(owner) when I use bow to hit myself, this happen when the arrow I shoot at mobs backfired to me. And as long as I know, this bug happen in PC too.

Steps on reproduce the bug,(only in survival)

  • tame a dog
  • get a bow
  • look upward
  • charge the bow to minimum(if you're a pro, fully charge it,LOL
  • catch the arrow(hit yourself)

Still affects 0.15.90.2

Current workaround, when that happens, quickly make your wolf sit down and it'll stop attacking. It won't attack again even after 'standing up' again.

Update: Still there for version 0.15.6

Confirmed for 0.15.0. (Tested on Windows 10.)

EDIT: Also, the wolves will also attack you if you damage yourself with potions, so it's not arrow-specific, but rather a problem with wolves detecting projectile hits in general.

Confirmed for PC running Minecraft Windows 10 Edition. 0.14.0. This is probably the funniest bug yet.
