 Description   

Hello Mojang,
i was on a word with 2 other devices: they were both Android at the latest version 1 samsung galaxy tab, samsung galaxy S4. I was powering some tracks realizing some tracks would not power..... Here is a screenshot of the incident. i was on Windows 10 Edition Here is a a screenshot from my point of view.

This ticket has been resolved as 'Cannot Reproduce' as it has not been updated recently (1 year+)

Confirmed in 0.13.2 (With android Samsung 10.1 combined with Amazon Kindle Fire HD 7).

This only seems to happen when using 2 more or more devices. Requires placing the redstone torch multiple times and/or removing / replacing track. Can also place an unpowered connecting track which will often cause powered track to light up.
