 Description   

when you try to break any block in (creative mode) with a block in your hand its take time to break not like 0.12 (without item in your hand its break fast).

Please fix the problem in 0.13.1

This is most likely not a time difference issue between having a block/tool in your hand and action with no tools/blocks in your hand. It seems that it takes longer with a tool or a block, because there is an animation which does not destroy the block, just second animation is accompanied with breaking. When you do it with your empty hand, there is no such animation.
Time seems to be the same, although it is such a short action, it is hard to see without checking code.
