 Description

Carpet placed over lava should catch fire pretty quickly, but it does not. If something else beside it catches fire, the carpet will burn, but otherwise, the carpet will not catch fire.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a structure like the screenshot.
  2. Place the carpet over the lava by tapping the dirt block.
  3. Observer that the carpet will not catch fire.
  4. Place a plank or other flammable material beside the dirt block
  5. Watch the plank and the carpet burn.

(Device: Asus Zenfone 5 Android 5.0)

I think this is fixed. It takes a little longer compared to MCPC but it will catch fire.

Does this issue still affects 0.14.3?, if so, please respond

Confirmed on Asus B121 Tablet Touch & pen enabled, Win10 Pro (64-bit) build 10240, MCPE 0.13.0.

Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, Android 5.0.1 MCPE 0.13.0 build 5.

Additional details of the bug: carpet placed on blocks around lava also does not burn from the lava, but will burn if something else catches fire (like planks). Carpet placed in or below lava will burn immediately.
