What I expected to happen. When you place a Redstone torch so it connects to the side of a block, it will stay connected even if I leave the chunk the blocks is in but keep the chunk the torch is in. What happens is the redstone torch drops itself as an item as If i broke the block it was connected to. To reproduce: Find a chunk boundry and place a block that a redstone torch can be placed on the side of on 1 side ofthe boundry, place the torch on the other side of the boundary so it connect to the other block but is in a different chunk. Fly away some distance so that both chunks become unloaded. Walk back to the place where you had the torch. You will see that the torch has dropped itself as an Item. Also affects:

Just had it happen again. Interestingly enough it didn't happen when I loaded in. I checked to make sure everything was intact, then told my friend to go ahead and join. When SHE logged in I saw everything pop off. Everything was fine for me when I loaded in but a friend joining caused the issue. This was probably the case the first time as well but I wasn't paying attention for it. She noticed it that time as well. She also loads into the same room as me. Incase I didn't mention, this is a local world. Can we please have this ticket reopened? It's clearly not fixed. |

Just had this happen today. I've loaded this world a dozen times and today when I loaded in, all the paintings in the room where I had logged out in were floating on the ground. It was just the one room and it DID occur along chunk borders. I'm guessing the chunk with the paintings loaded in first without the wall in the next chunk attached to it? |

This bug occurs with cocoa pods and beds in 1.14.30. However, I cannot reproduce this bug with any of the blocks listed in the title, so I think the fix in 1.2.0.11 was successful. I have created a new ticket for cocoa pods, |

Happened with me and my little brother using different platforms, I use Windows 10 while my little brother uses iOS. We're using different versions, I'm using 1.5.0.14 while my little brother is using 1.5.1 |

Starshimmer Which version of MCPE are you using? If you are in the 1.2.0 beta then this is fixed if you are on 1.1.5.x then this will be fixed when 1.2.0 is out of beta for all users of MCPE. A release date cannot be determined at this time. |

If this is fixed, why did my maps in item frames fall off the wall yesterday? |

Can't reproduce in 1.2.0.11 which according to the 1.2.0.11 change log, was supposed to fix this so yay! |

The bug is still going on on version 1.1.5. When it comes to big construction with redstone, it's getting annoying of replacing the torches everytime. |

Yes, I'm having the same issue (PE v.1.1), anonoying as it has recked the cave spider xp farm I was trying to build. I placed lots of wooden signs to control the water flow. I went to bed in the game and nearly, not all (approx 15 out of 20) detached from each other and ended up at the bottom of the water flow. The ones attached to the walls did stay however. I have replaced them several times, it doesn't matter whether I save and exit, or go to bed in game, a random amount detaches! Very frustrating and ruining the game for me. If anybody knows an alternative to placing signs to control water flow in the mean time, please let me know. |

Still affects 1.2.0.2. (Edited: I had previous reported that it appeared to be fixed, but the very next time I opened the world this bug happened right in front of me.) |

This happened to me in Win 10 Edition after journeying quite a ways away. I lost my largest map wall – frames and maps – when they despawned before I discovered it. However, I also noticed my clock in an adjacent chunk, which had the corrupted texture from |

This is a very annoying bug. I had signs next to all my chests and every other time I log back in to realms, half of the signs in the room fall off. After replacing them numerous times I switched item frames, but it still happens with them too. |

Please fix this bug because this annoys redstone engineers and builders a lot. One way to fix it is making the blocks mentioned above only drop as an item when a entity (when it displays the breaking particle) breaks the blocks those blocks are attached to. Otherwise, the blocks above need to wait 1 second without attaching a block to drop as an item. This solution prevents the bug because chunks loads take less than 1 second normally, and it still makes sure those blocks act what they should be acting. |

It did happen before 1.1 - all the stuff falling off the walls but I am getting a little fed up with villagers magically walking through walls! |

Okay, I can confirm this is still happening. Attached a screenshot; -A torch and a sign fallen as soon as the world started loading in. Most likely the blocks they were attached to were on a chunk border, and weren't loaded in fast enough to keep them on the wall. |

I have checked and Dr Awesome is correct. My item frames were at a chunk edge. I moved the frames and they no longer fall off the wall. iOS 10 version latest version. |
