 Description

When I place any block freestanding on the water's surface, and then break it, a mysterious water current starts to flow where I just eliminated a block. It's very distracting and has both gotten animals and myself stuck or killed...

I expected the water to remain how it was before I placed the block (standing still)...

What actually happened was a current of water started flowing in the place of the block that I just removed...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create any sized path atop the water's surface from, I assume, any block, from a mainland.
2. Break any of the blocks, preferably the block placed the farthest from the mainland.
3. Observe that annoying current that appears in its place...

This is just the way the game works... You remove a block next to water, it becomes air, and the surrounding water flows into it, creating a current.

I think buckets are the solution people are generally hoping for.
