This ticket has been resolved as 'Cannot Reproduce' as it has not been updated recently (1 year+)

Does this bug still appear in 0.13.1? If so please respond.

I forgot to write someting. It should pass away, but instead it climbs. To do that, spawn a spider (or cave spider). (Note: Other than peaceful, it should spawn.) Set the render view distance to shortest. Then go away till you can see the spider on edge. If you're lucky, if spider walks towards "border", it will climb.
