 Description

I added Redstone in an anvil (I know I am not suppose to, I just wanted to see what would happen) The game crashed. Redstone can not go in my inventory any more. I can gather it from the ground, but no redstone. If I go to a anvil redstone is there in my inventory, but I do not have it. There are other things that I can see in an anvil that are not in my inventory. Maybe that is where everything that I craft and then go to use, but can not find is going. I thought I was just losing my mind.

This ticket has been resolved as 'Cannot Reproduce' as it has not been updated recently (1 year+)

Does this bug still appear in 0.12.2? If so please respond.

Have you tried mining the anvil? I know i have had a similar issue with furnaces. So i mine them. If the furnace was somehow corrupted, l lose it and anything in it, but the issue goes away. If it gives me the furnace upon mining it, and usually the items, I can place the furnace again and use it. In both instances the issue hows away for me. This was on MCPE versions 0.8.x through 0.11.x on iOS devices. Have yet to see it happen in 0.12.x yet.

Cannot confirm, I named the item in the anvil, and everything was fine, however, this was on an iPad Mini
