 Description

Hey there. Even though the new Win10 version of minecraft comes with controller support AND controller layout, minecraft doesn't seem to "recognize" my controller. The controller doesn't work in game with the default settings and when i try to remap the control, nothing happens if i press any button. I've read on the internet that you might need an Xbox controller, which i don't have. Can this be solved? can you make it work for any universal dinput controller?

i am getting the same problem. it appears that the only way to fix it is to completely uninstall and reinstall the game.

mine is a wired usb controller. it's a local brand, called "RoTECH". It doesn't have a number. It just says dual shock controller on the box.

Can you please updated the title and description to identify what type of controller you are using (wired/wireless, USB, Bluetooth, etc.) and what make and model of controller?
