When using a Razer Kraken 7.1 USB headset, with the Razer Synapse (latest version) software installed, the only sound that can be heard from the application is a very loud crackling. Changing the audio level in-game doesn't affect the loudness of the noise. The game is unplayable normally with this issue. There is a post on the forums at http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support/minecraft-windows-10-edition/2488737-windows-10-mc-edition-static-sound-killer which has other users complaining of the problem. |
