 Description   

If water is streaming down in mid-air, you can swim up just as fast as if its in sea out of 100% source blocks (which do not stream down). Only if theres blocks aside the water streaming down, it will slow you down.
This doesnt make sense.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.4 / Launcher version 1.3.8 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Its just minecraft physics... Works on every operating system.
