 Description

When you Re-Create a world that has "Cheats" turned on and you turn them on again, they will be off.

Doing so with a world that has them off will work.

To recreate:
make a world with cheats on,
re-create the world and turn cheats on again
cheats will be off

Created a world with cheats on, re-created the world - cheats are still on.

But when you actually create the world, are cheats on or off? Given that the nature of the original bug was a contradiction between the UI and the functionality, it's important to test that the actual issue has been fixed, and not just the visual aspect.

Unable to reproduce. Created new world with "cheats on". Quit. Selected that world, hit "re-create" - "more world options". "Allow cheats" is already set to "on".

From more world options. When it's open it shows as if they are not on.

How do I "turn cheats on again" if they're already on since I'm re-creating the world?
