 Description

I made this little clock with a comparator on subtract mode leading into itself. I expected all the repeaters to blink on and off.

Instead only the 2 repeaters on the left blinked and the rest stayed on without turning off.

How to reproduce:
1. Build the clock and place the repeaters.
2. Turn the clock on.
3. Notice that some repeaters stay on forever.
