What I expected to happen:
Left repeater stays unpowered.

What happens:
Left repeater creates a single tick pulse

Note:
Repeaters have to be pointing direction 0 or 3

It does't always happen though, I have 5 cases of the same setup in a world and it happens on 4 of the 5. Maybe there is something to do with location too.

Confirmed. Only works when the REPEATER is facing f=0.

Also, the setup needs to have the repeaters on the f=3 side, and the lever on the f=1 side.

I will post a screenshot. The one that is circled is the only one that works.

Can confirm, happens only in direction f=3(east). Not sure if it is the same as MC-4009, but related for sure.
