| Description |

Eating causes the game to stop responding, requiring it be killed via task manager. Happens when eating an apple, a steak and a pork chop. Haven't tried any other foods. Happens every time. Don't know how to grab/create a crash dump, but happy to if you tell me how. |

I updated java and deleted the resources directory, and now everything is fine. Thanks. |

Nothing special in crash report except that your Java version is 6 behind. Java 7 U 13 is out yet. I'm suspecting a corrupt sound file. Please press F3 + S in game or delete .minecraft/resources/ - after next start of the game the sound files are downloaded in the background, that takes several minutes. See |

I was afraid of that. It doesn't dump a crash report if I do that after the crash - which makes sense. I did a crash report from my game pre-crash. Is there some other way to get a debug log out of the game? |

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame and attach the crash report here. You'll find it in <user>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\crash-reports\ |

Did that, where does the crash dump go? I looked in <user>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft but I see nothing there that looks like a crash dump. Hold down F3 + C for 10 or so seconds, and post the generated crash report. |
