I was exploring caves and digging around and when I came back to my house I noticed that 3 item frames disappeared including their items (a golden clock and a compass). Update: |

I can confirm this also. I'm building an adventure map and using teleports in command blocks to get around. As the chunk loads, the item frame loads perfectly fine, long after the chunk it is in has loaded, or not at all. |

I can confirm this, and am about to attach some screenshots to show it. I have 5 item frames with maps in them. I log in, the left 2 frames aren't shown. But if I move a few blocks in any direction (maybe 3-4) the two missing item frames magically appear. My storage room down below has a similar issue, with sometimes half not showing. In my case, this happens for 2 separate vanilla clients, running against a vanilla server. |
