The gamerule doMobLoot when set to false still allows mobs to drop their xp. I am working on a map where I want to use the xp level as an indicator. When the player then gets more xp, the level is incorrect and leads to wrong behavior. Steps to reproduce: |

XP is a "loot." |

WHAT!? What if we want xp to be the only thing a mob drops? Rather than have "doMobLoot" affect xp, there should be a new gamerule "doMobXP". I'm using scoreboards for a points system in my map, and want the players to be free to spend their hard earned xp on enchantments. They have to buy food with points, so I dont want rotten flesh dropping. Please address this. Edit Reason: Silly typo... |
