After a while of the server running, eventually the Time for ticks gets up over 15,000 milliseconds per tick. Running the server on vanilla 1.4.2

Argh, you are right, i missread a part of that output.

The only 'curious' thing i can see is:
[06] unspecified - 36.04%/18.61%

The rest could very well be with a lot of entities.

I fail to see how this is a modified minecraft, This was on a vanilla 1.4.2 Server! Modified clients don't give access to the '/debug true' command.

I'm no longer running vanilla on this server because this error was making it unplayable!

Modified minecrafts are NOT supported.
