| Description |
|
When creating a second Nether portal in the Overworld the game does not create a new portal on the Nether side, in stead it sends you back to the first portal you made. Steps to reproduce: 1. Start a new world (Creative is easier, but the bug is present in Survival as well)
I regard this a near-game-breaking, It removes our ability to easily set up a fast-travel network in the Nether. |

I think moderators might open the issue if you provide a world seed, location to put the first portal, (then going through, get back), and a suitable far away location for second portal, (then go through). If moderators can then repeat the problem, they'll certainly reopen. (The trick is to make it easy to reproduce. Granted, this one should be easy to test and confirm/drop even without specifics...) |

This is certainly NOT working as intended! Currently, even if I travel thousands Please reopen the issue, this is still valid. |

This is working as intended, there are certain rules a game follows for the Nether Portals, if you are interested, you can read on about them on: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Nether_Portal#Linkage_between_Overworld_and_Nether. |
