I started this world with 1.3.1 and found a desert temple. I updated to 1.4.2, deleted the region file that contained the temple and re-visited it. As I approached the temple I heard an explosion. The TNT trap in the temple went of before I reached the temple. The TNT was probably ignited as soon as the chunk was generated. |

Gotcha. That's somewhat likely too since I'm on peaceful but have spawn-monsters on so they blink in and out of existence like crazy. |

There is always the possibility that a mob spawned in the low light levels inside the temple where the pressure plate is. If it walks on the plate, the trap will trigger. |
