 Description   

Powered Rails do not pass power to Activator Rails

What I expected to happen was...:
To power a powered rail with a redstone signal and have said rail pass on the signal to an activator rail directly in line with it in the track.

What actually happened was...:
The powered rail was powered, but the Activator Rail was not.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a Powered Rail
2. Place an Activator rail in front of it so they connect
3. Power the Powered Rail
