When using the command /testfor it don't returns false when "what if" is false.For example,if you use "/Testfor @p[r=3]" it don't returns false if there aren't anyone near in a radius of 3 blocks nor if the input is removed. |

It works as intended. The output is only updated, when the command runs again. And that only happens, when the command block recieves a redstone signal, not when it loses signal. |
