 Description

In the latest snapshot this block is removed because of Quarts Block ID.
It is as far as I know a glitched or accidental block however is widely used amongst the community as a use full decorative block.

It has been removed as the block ID is now used for quarts block and, seeing as though the only way to obtain this block with the /give command, will no longer be in the game at all even if already placed.

It would be great to have it re added as its a great alternative to building stone structure's.

Please consider. Thanks.

I don't see it listed but If so this is a shame.

This removal is intended (see list of updates here).

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, I'm new to reporting these things in to Mojang.

I just felt this should be addressed because, like Oscar said, it will be a massive pain to lose.
And who knows, maybe they never meant to take it out and will add it back in fingers crossed?

Comment by Oscar Parker [ 18/Jan/13 ]

It is an official block though. Just it is not used in survival, just for decoration. However considering how widely used this block is in creative builds, it is a pain to lose it (especially because compatibility is lost with earlier maps/builds using it).

Mojang is not responsible for the removal of any unofficial blocks.

Also the bug tracker is not for feature suggestions, please post those on minecraft forums.
