The language files are inside minecraft.jar.
It's not an translation issue, look at the screenshots.

Can confirm what [Mod] fuj1n said.
I think in version 1.5 the language files automatically update when updating your jar, so I guess it's fixed?

(Depending on what language file you were using it's also possible that something just wasn't translated yet.)

Next time i runned Minecraft(to crash game) there was no missing text. But if i had this bug, then i runned snapshot 13w03a first time. Crash report is attached.

Somehow you have managed to update the game without updating the language files within minecraft.jar
