 Description

To recreate:
Place a wooden pressure plate on top of a block. Now shoot an arrow on the side of the top half of the block. Unusually the pressure plate reacts, but to the eye it does it without contact.

If Mojang removes this I will cry.

To indicate that it is intended. Though currently yes it does seem to be a feature.

To indicate that it is useful? Or that it is a feature? I would be more inclined to call it a happy bug

I can't seem to find any documentation to indicate this. Can any of you provide some?

Comment by Oscar Parker [ 17/Jan/13 ]

It does work nicely for hidden arrow detectors, and there are no circumstances I can think of where this would cause bad/unwanted behaviour.

Comment by Thomas Stovell [ 17/Jan/13 ]

this isn't a bug this is a feature. They put this in a while ago to make hidden arrow detectors

Can confirm.
