related to My Plan: Bug: But now if you place a Weighted Pressure Plate on top of a disabled Hopper, you can't suck the items from the Plate into the hopper, when you cut the power. Because two mechanics block each other; Pressure Plate give a signal by one item, hopper accept turn-off signal from the top. |

will make the pressure plate useless |

Works as intended, redstone inputs will block items going in or through a hopper. |

Moritz is right, I almost made a similar mistake. Weighted pressure plates produce various signal strengths depending on how many items their are; both gold and iron react to any number of blocks placed on them, even a single block. However the signal strength is only one until you place enough blocks for it to increase. This is unfortunate, too, as I was planning on making something that required this mechanic. |

I dont think this is a bug. Even though I think a mechanism like your's should be possible, because else the weighted pressureplates are a little bit useless, as you have to pick up all the items yourself... |
