Usually mobs pathfind to places they won't burn, although that is preset and doesn't pertain to this bug. |

I can partially confirm this bug. A zombie or skeleton will not catch fire when standing on soul sand, but will continue to burn if they should walk onto it after catching fire. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the pathfinding. |
