 Description   
  • place a tnt block
  • place a redstone torch 2 block under the tnt
  • place a block on top of the torch

the block is powered and it touches the tnt, but nothing happens

(the torch on the pic is a redstone torch)

Confirmed, as long as you put the block in last. If you put in the torch last, it works normally.

Confirmed in 1.4.6 and 13w02b.
