I was in creative mode, building a street light system. I put a torch on the side of a block, and accidently destroyed the block, but the torch was still there. |

As you see in my attachment, the torch is on the ground, but the torch is not facing upward. No, I did not use a paint program to rotate it. |

Yes, it does happen in 13w01b. Just not very often. |
