 Description   

when a detector rail is placed next a slanted (downward) powered rail, it will power it with nothing on the detector rail, the same happens if you place redstone or a redstone powered device under the block with the detector rail on it

also mono stable circuits don't cause sticky pistons to drop there block anymore causing T flip flops to break
