Yes, but Nether Brick doesn't appear to be the same as Netherrack, where as Nether Quartz Ore does. And I know Nether Brick is made from Netherrack, but maybe in Minecraft mythology, whatever magic that made the Netherrack burn forever burned out in the furnace. I mean, how else would it be able to smelt at all? (I know, lame comeback, but I think that Nether Quartz Ore, since it appears the same as Netherrack, except for the little white streaks of Quartz, should have the same properties as it's cousin.) |
