 Description

Put the summary of the bug you're having here
I make redstone contraptions a lot and I found this glitch involving redstone torches on a block state bug.
When I placed a redstone torch on a block so it was on the block like so |/ | = wall / = torch,
I removed the supporting block expecting the redstone torch to pop of but it didnt, It was a floating redstone torch,
I tried updating the block to make it pop off but it was still emitting a redstone signal. I do have the feeling this can
be exploited on servers to crash them as I know a bit of Java myself.
///// HOWEVER: THIS BUG DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH LEVERS AND TORCHES, SO I THINK ITS TO DO WITH THE REDSTONE UPDATE. Either that or its colliding with the redstone block code etc./////

What I expected to happen was...:
The redstone torch to pop off the deleted block

What actually happened was...:
The redstone torch was floating in the wall-standing position and still emitting a redstone signal
even though it was in a invalid state

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a block E.G sandstone on the ground
2. place a redstone torch on the side of the block (NOT THE TOP!)
3. Knock the supporting block out but not the torch
4. There, thats the bug.
