i have being experimenting with the new snapshot and i have found a bug that everytime you mine the light sensor with your hand it doesn´t give the block but when you mine it with a picaxe it does give it. It also flotes and redstone doesnt- |

Seeing as the daylight sensor is crafted from nether quartz (a pickaxe material), breaking only with a pickaxe makes sense. |

Having to use a pickaxe to get it is no bug, I guess. You should be able to place it like a half slab, so it can float if you place it on the top half of a block. |
